For the last 12 years, our company has been a leading expert in South Tyrol for the development of tools, prototypes and equipment for the automotive industry.
We use high-precision machinery to mill everything from individual pieces to series in a wide range of materials, and to build all the necessary tools for the job.
Our product range includes plastic trimming tools for vehicle construction, such as measuring gauges and assembly equipment, making us a key partner for your projects.
We specialise in manufacturing clamping systems for milling and grinding units on CNC machines and robots.
We also manufacture gauges and cubing models for workpiece proofing and measuring. The mounting points are built to client specifications. Our in-house engineering department is available for taking over gauge design.
We work Uroel, aluminium and tool steel to produce tools used for manufacturing components in fibre-reinforced composites such as GRP and CFRP. Our range of products includes tools for polyurethane RIM moulding foam and simple casting moulds for synthetic resins.
We develop made-to-order designs for semi or fully automatic gluing and assembly systems. Our integrated process monitoring system helps to streamline workflows and guarantee flawless results. Based on requirements, we can opt for either pneumatic-only control or PLC systems.
